PURE NITROGEN & ARGON RECOVERY PLANT
Our pure nitrogen & argon recovery plants are manufactured with advanced Boschi technology. Our expertise and technology is trusted for its efficiency, high performance and durability. Nitrogen is extensively used in industrial & medical applications. Argon is a rare gas which is used in the metal industry as an inert gas shield in arc welding and cutting. It is also used as non-reactive blanket in the manufacture of titanium and other reactive elements and for providing protective space for growing silicon and germanium crystals. Our plants are manufactured using the best quality materials and components.
Both Pure nitrogen and argon are produced on a huge scale across the globe for industrial consumption. We have technical collaboration with an Italian company, ING. L. & A. Bosch,i for manufacturing world-class pure nitrogen plant and argon recovery plant. The Italian company has been in the business of making plant machinery since 1930s and is known for high quality. Our plant machinery is fully automated equipped with a digital color display panel which monitors purity of nitrogen and argon. Customers opt for our machines because they offer impressive ROI (return on investment). And, one can generate as much pure nitrogen and argon as you need. Our strict compliance with international quality standards has earned us globally accepted CE certification.
Pure nitrogen plant & argon recovery plant is generated by liquefaction of atmospheric air in the air separation unit (ASU) by continuous cryogenic distillation. To begin with, atmospheric air is compressed after being let into the air separation unit. It is then moved in the molecular sieve where impurities such as moisture, hydrocarbons and carbon dioxide. The process air is then moved into heat exchangers where it is cooled into cryogenic temperature. After, it is moved into high pressure distillation column where nitrogen and argon is formed at the bottom of the column. The gases are distilled to meet purification market specification. Then, the gases are collected into storage tanks.
